Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
unless you have received the INCORRECT items.
- Paid return labels are included in each package. If you haven't received one please contact us on 07 3902 3200.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once we have approved the return request. Please wait for shipping guidelines email.
What are my return options?
- You may choose from a refund or store credit. We do not offer exchanges. Please choose your desired option on the paper form included in your package and ship it back with your garments.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed. Refunds will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days. Store credit will be emailed to you and a 10% bonus will also be included.
